  • Access to new version releases at no additional cost, which may include enhancements, bug fixes, and keeping the software in compliance with federal and state regulations

  • NextGen knowledge exchange
  • Initial response times of under 2 hours (on average) for any newly opened support incident
  • NextGen database and KBM software upgrades are provided at no additional cost
  • We will advocate on the client’s behalf, escalating and communicating at the highest levels within NextGen
  • When reasonably possible, MTS will work to develop its own workaround or hot-fix solution in scenarios where NextGen may not be able to provide one in a timely manner on high priority issues
