- Initial response times of under 2 hours (on average) for any newly opened support incident

- We will advocate on the client's behalf, escalating and communicating at the highest levels within NextGen©
- When reasonably possible, MTS will work to develop its own workaround or hot-fix solution in scenarios where NextGen© may not be able to provide one in a timely manner on high priority issues
